Where AIRSTIK orders ship from

Most AIRSTIK orders are shipped through Amazon's Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) network. If you placed your order on Amazon, shipping is managed by Amazon - check your Amazon Orders page for the most current tracking and delivery details.

Orders placed directly on airstik.com (replacement mounts, accessories, wholesale) are shipped by our team from Georgia, USA.

Shipping rates (direct airstik.com orders)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the carrier (typically USPS or UPS). You will see the exact shipping cost and available delivery options before you complete your order.

From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders - any applicable promotion will be applied automatically at checkout.

Processing and transit time

  • Processing: 1-2 business days before your order ships
  • Transit: typically 3-7 business days within the continental US (carrier and destination dependent)

Where we ship

We ship direct airstik.com orders within the United States, including all 50 states, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes. For international AIRSTIK availability, please order through Amazon, which serves multiple countries.

Order tracking

Once your direct order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Amazon orders are tracked through your Amazon Orders page.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us at support@airstik.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right. Please include your order number (Amazon or airstik.com) and a photo of any damage.
