About 99% of the time, when an AIRSTIK stops working or sticking, it's not the cradle - it's the micro-suction pad getting filled with dust, soap film, or tired from hundreds of repositions. First step, is rinsing under cold water, no chemicals, and letting air dry. This usually will solve the issue, but sometimes it will tear or stay on the surface you attached it to and no amount of cleaning will solve this. Before you think about a return, we'll happily send you a fresh replacement mount. We cover the product itself - you only pay shipping & handling.

Did you buy on Amazon?

Most AIRSTIK orders ship through Amazon (Fulfilled by Amazon). If you bought on Amazon, please include your Amazon order number (a 17-digit ID like 111-1234567-1234567) when you email us so we can check your purchase and help you faster. You can find it on your Amazon Orders page or in your Amazon confirmation email.

If you bought directly on airstik.com, please include the order number from your AIRSTIK confirmation email instead.


30-day return policy

If a replacement mount isn't what you need, you have 30 days after receiving your AIRSTIK to request a full return for any reason.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it - with original packaging and proof of purchase. To start, email returns@airstik.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll send return instructions. Items shipped back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damages or wrong item

Please inspect your AIRSTIK on arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact returns@airstik.com right away with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

  • Branded or co-branded promotional products sold by third-party vendors
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items damaged through misuse (sharp objects, alcohol-based cleaners, abrasive cleaning)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, the refund posts to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
