Every AIRSTIK® is built to outlast the phone you bought it for. Register yours, and if your back plate ever fails under normal use, we send you a new one free. You just pay shipping, which is only what it costs us to mail it to you.

How it works

  3. If your back plate ever fails under normal use, contact us. We send a new one and you just pay shipping.

What is covered

  • Your back plate for life. If it fails under normal use we replace it, and you just pay shipping
  • The micro-suction pad losing grip under normal use
  • Cracks or breaks in the back plate
  • A manufacturing defect in any part of your set, including the cradle and the caddy. Tell us and we will make it right

What is not covered

  • Damage from use on surfaces the product is not rated for. Micro-suction is for flat, non-porous, glass-like surfaces only.
  • Loss or theft
  • The one-time-use pull-to-release strips, which are consumable
  • Normal wear on the cradle or the caddy. Those are covered for manufacturing defects, not for life
  • Shipping on a replacement. That is the one cost you cover

Amazon orders also carry Amazon's standard 30-day return window. Registering here adds the lifetime warranty on top of it.
