Welcome to AIRSTIK. The following Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of airstik.com (the "Site") and any purchase of AIRSTIK products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About AIRSTIK

AIRSTIK is a brand owned and operated by Kapotas Designs LLC ("AIRSTIK," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company. References to "AIRSTIK" in these Terms include Kapotas Designs LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase on airstik.com. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and orders

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but small differences in color, finish, or dimensions may occur. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Most AIRSTIK products are sold through Amazon (Fulfilled by Amazon). When you buy on Amazon, your purchase is also governed by Amazon's terms of sale. Orders placed directly on airstik.com are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices on airstik.com are in US dollars and may change at any time. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount including shipping and taxes.

5. Returns and refunds

See our Refund & Replacement Policy for full terms. The replacement mount offer (FRESHPAD) and 30-day return window described there are the official guidelines.

6. Intellectual property

AIRSTIK and the AIRSTIK logo are trademarks of Kapotas Designs LLC (US Reg. #5561137, #8028065). The Universal Suction Mount Base is patent pending. All Site content - text, images, video, audio, design, and software - is owned by us or our licensors and protected by US and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any AIRSTIK content without our written permission.

7. User submissions and creator content

If you submit content to AIRSTIK - reviews, photos, video, social media tags - you grant AIRSTIK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and product purposes. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

8. Disclaimers

AIRSTIK products are sold "as is." We make no warranty beyond the limited warranty stated in our Refund & Replacement Policy. AIRSTIK is not liable for misuse of our products (sharp objects, alcohol cleaners, abrasive cleaning, attempts to mount on unsupported surfaces).

The airstik.com Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRSTIK's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms, your purchase, or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. AIRSTIK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIRSTIK harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
